About Us
Bailey Ferguson
Hello, my name is Bailey Ferguson. I am a 200-hour E-RYT(Certified Yoga Teacher) with additional certifications in Trauma-Informed Yoga and Restorative Yoga & the Subtle Body. I studied Hatha Raja yoga with Sharon Kapp at Houston Yoga and Ayurvedic Wellness Center. I also studied under the guidance of Elizabeth Haberer LCSW at THRIVE Trauma-Informed Yoga and Tamika Caston-Miller at Ashe Yoga.
I have been practicing daily since 2015 and have been teaching group, virtual, chair, and private yoga classes since 2018. My personal practice grew from curiosity and necessity around my own healing. After experiencing deep healing and personal growth, I needed to share this with others and began my teaching journey. I am deeply committed to making the benefits of yoga accessible to all. There are no prerequisites. I am passionately focused on the particular ways in which yoga can be applied as a therapeutic tool for healing, recovery, and discovery.
The yogic path is a well-established, ancient practice. Western science is finally catching up to what yogis have known for millennia. There is a multitude of recent studies that confirm the tangible, measurable metrics for physical and emotional healing gained from yoga. Specifically applying the principles of Polyvagal Theory to my personal practice has improved my vagal tone, heart rate variability, breathing, and emotional regulation.
Polyvagal informed yoga is a powerful tool that works well in tandem with EMDR and other psychotherapy treatments to continue restorative recovery between and beyond weekly counseling sessions. Together we can build a personal yoga practice to support growth towards your goals. I want to join your support team and empower you with simple and effective tools. Cindy Davis
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addiction Counselor with over 12 years of experience counseling individuals and groups. I have a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Since 2010, my studies and career have focused on identifying underlying problems that contribute to substance use and problematic behaviors. The primary emphasis of my master’s level studies was trauma and substance use disorders.
I have 30 years of experience in the health care industry including executive-level positions; 12 of which are in the field of behavioral health. I have experience working with individuals at all levels of care and settings: detox, intensive inpatient, residential, partial day treatment, intensive outpatient, and traditional outpatient.
I live in Colorado and conduct sessions via telehealth. My specialties are trauma treatment and substance use disorders. I am trained in EMDR, and I find it to be a highly effective trauma treatment that helps individuals make sense of what happened to them, heal from it, and live a more abundant life.

Our Testimonials
Bailey’s Testimonials
Bailey is not only an amazing yoga instructor but a truly wonderful person as well! My son Charlie, who has Autism, took yoga from Bailey and it truly was a transformative experience for him. Bailey was incredibly kind and patient with him and he loved going to see her every week. His energy and mood improved, not to mention his flexibility!
Bailey’s classes are fantastic. She very much cares that everyone in her class has a good experience and is great at coming up with modifications if you’re new, has an injury, or just aren’t very flexible. I personally get exercise-related migraines and appreciate that Bailey respects the limitations associated with that and never tries to push me beyond what’s healthy for my body. Her classes are very calming and I always feel both physically and mentally better afterward. Highly recommend!
Bailey has a very calming and peaceful energy and she leads a great class! I felt very safe and grounded under her direction! She’s also just a beautiful person inside and out! Everything you want your yoga teacher to be!
I totally enjoy Bailey’s yoga classes. She offers gentle yoga with lots of modifications one can explore to address any limitations or to go deeper into any poses. Classes are small and varied. Every class she presents some new poses and also class members’ favorites. Highly recommend!
Super good and friendly yoga teacher and person. Has great cues!!!

Bruce & Joyce –“My husband Bruce & I have been enrolled in treatment with Cynthia since August
2019, our counselor has been awesome, she’s informative, and knowledgeable and makes us feel like
human beings in a world that’s topsy turvy. We love our group and could not ask for anything
better.”
Jacob –“I have been in need of someone that was willing to listen and help me with the issues I
needed to have addressed. My counselor has done exactly what I need to maintain staying on
track and being successful in the community with my family and kids and sobriety. I have been
open and honest with her and she has shown me the same respect. I recommend this center for
anyone looking and not sure they can find anyone or a place. You don’t want to give up before you try
them.”
